Does the hotel have free wifi?

Yes, Hotel A’ Pinnata offers free wifi internet access everywhere in the hotel.

Does the hotel have concierge service?

We offer concierge service between April and October and between 7:00 a.m. and 11 p.m. It will however be necessary to let us know about the times of check-in and check-out.

What’s the best time to visit?

Lipari and Aeolian Islands are a splendid destination all year round. Temperatures are mild in Spring and Autumn.

Do you arrange trips and activities?

Our reception will advise you on, and arrange for you, a variety of activities.

What do you suggest we do during my stay?

You can try various kinds of water sports such as jet ski or scuba diving. If you’re keen on walking, when the weather is milder you could go on hikes or visit the Aeolian Archaeological Museum in the castle area. Alternatively, you could visit the many churches and take part in the fairs and festivals that take place on the island.

– The archaeological park in contra Diana
– The thermal springs of San Calogero and its ancient Mycenaean thòlos, which was discovered in 1984, and the Memorial museum regarding the history of the springs and pumice stone in Lipari.
– The white mountains surrounding the former pumice quarries and the industrial area in disuse.

Vulcano: the valley of the monsters, the hot sea springs, the black beach.

Stromboli: the climb up the crater.

Salina: the climb up Monte dei Porri and Monte Felci with their lush vegetation; the museum near the salt lake in Lingua.

Filicudi: the archaeological remains, the museum, boat trips to the bue marino grotto and “La Canna” rock.

Alicudi: hike through the heather.

Panarea: the surrounding islets and the fumaroles from underwater volcanoes.

Does the hotel offer car, scooter and boat hire service?

Yes we have a hire service.

Does the hotel arrange transfers between the airport and nearest harbour?

Yes, we offer a transfer service between Catania airport and Milazzo harbour. Please email hotel@pinnata.it for further details and bookings.

Does the hotel allow pets?

No, we do not allow pets.
